- Resolution. Vector artwork works best. If your artwork is rasterized, high resolution (300 dpi) is ideal for crisp clear results. All of the artwork offered in our clipart gallery meets these requirements. However if you are uploading your own, this is important to keep in mind.
- Color Limit. Keep it one color. If you are uploading your own artwork, please keep in mind that with the screen printing process we will not print in more than 1 color. This means any images with shading or drop shadows will not be accepted.
- Fonts. Font choice is very important. If you choose to use text, please be cautious of the font you choose. Please make sure it is clear and well spread out.
- Design. When choosing your design, please keep in mind that bold designs stand out best especially on a transparent glass. If you get involved in a lot of small detail with your design, you may lose some definition and ultimately be unhappy with the outcome. Designs that look nice on a white background may not transfer great on a glass background.
- Imprint area. Please keep in mind that when you are making your design on the online designer, the actual imprint area is not what you are seeing. The online designer will zoom your design making it easier for you to see what you are doing during the design process, but the end result will only allow for a smaller imprint area. Design within the dotted rectangle guide.
- Color Choice. Black ink will always stand out best on a transparent glass, but certainly not on a dark blue frosted glass. Please keep this in mind when choosing your ink color. Try to keep your ink color choice complimentary to your glass choice. White ink will not look good on a transparent glass but will really stand out on a blue or black frosted glass.

- Always hand wash. Glassware is not safe to wash in a dish washing machine, even on the top rack. The imprint, while strong and long lasting, will come off in intense cleaning cycles that a dish washer can produce. HAND WASH ONLY.
- Be extremely careful when unpacking your glassware. It's important that you remove the inner pack cartons one at a time and remove the glasses carefully. Glass can chip if handled aggressively or if it makes contact with other glassware or hard surfaces.
- Avoid extreme temperatures. Glass left in extreme heat (over 100 degress) or extreme cold (below 30 degrees) for prolonged periods of time can produce stress cracks. Ideally, storing your glassware in a cool dry place will ensure it's imprint and material will remain intact.
