Custom Coasters and Koozies
Imagine taking your favorite photograph and being able to print it right on a set of Coasters or Koozies. Well you can! Our coasters and koozies are made from a full color capable, printable material (much like your mouse pad) that transfers vibrant image and colors. Using our Kolorcoat process you now have the ability to create your own personalized gifts or promotional items. We offer several different styles in these items as well as professionally decorated backgrounds and templates that you can simply add your personal touch to. The Coasters are available in either a round or square style.

About our Coasters and Koozies
Coasters. Available in round and square, they are made from the same flexible, washable, lightweight yet dense foam material as many mousepads. They come in packs of 4 per unit. So if you want 12 identical coasters, you order 3 units.
Koozies. However you wish to call them, Koozie, Koozy, or Coozie, they have been a standard a long time for the bar-related industry and a desired customizable product for the gift market. They fit both standard beer/soda cans and glass bottles and keep your fingers warm and dry as you enjoy. Unlike most koozies you see in stores, which are generally one color inks over a solid color, our Kolorcoat™ process puts full color designs over the entire surface. They also store flat, making them ideal for keeping in drawers and for shipping as a gift. They come in packs of 2 per unit. So if you want 12 identical koozies, you order 6 units.

Design Tips
- Resolution. Clean, hi-resolution artwork and photographs look best. If you have a low resolution file/image, the outcome may look pixelated and sloppy. Please keep this in mind when uploading your artwork. The larger the image, the better it will print out.
Tip: Uploading a photo much larger than the design area and scaling it down to the desired size in the Online Designer is much more effective than using a photo that "already" looks like the right size on your screen. Monitors require much less resolution than the printing process.
- Safety Margins. Please try to keep text elements at least 1/8 inch away from the edge. In the production process, the product may shift slightly. Keeping it a safe distance from the edge could prevent art from getting cut off. With koozies, we strongly recommend for that you do not have your design cross over the seam edges
- Seams. Please note that sometimes when printing on foam products with seams, a slight white background line will show through along the seam.
- Color. Bright vibrant colors with good contrasting artwork will always stand out and look great! Try to stay away from dark greys on a black background or white text on light backgrounds if you are looking to have a design that stands out. Things that may look "ok" on a computer screen may not transfer over in print as well. Your text must pop out and look clear against the background.
A NOTE ABOUT KOOZIE COLOR: Due to the nature of the insulation surface, unlike our other Kolorcoat™ products, we do not currently have white backgrounds in the Online Designer background koozie templates. The surface of the Koozies has a light gray appearance that better suits darker and richly-colored graphics. Whites and very light colors can be washed out by this effect. The Coasters, on the other hand, do print white vibrantly.
