Durability

Plastic and paper table top displays, while cheap, can look cheap, too. They get dirty, torn, worn, and unsanitary as they are sometimes difficult to clean. These menus are made from thin metal and designed to last. The vibrant color transferred on to them uses the same Kolorcoat™ technique we use on our Bottle Openers and License Plates.


Limitless options!

Each unit ordered includes two unique designs for the front and back. Use the "Add Art" button in the designer to select the "Flip Menu Templates" library to access dozens of background designs, featuring themes of cocktails, food, sports, meals, games, drink types and general graphics. Or you can upload your own photo, graphic, or solid colors as a background or design element.

Because the plates are interchangeable, it's easy to rotate promotions and seasonal items, and test market new menu options.

Suggestions

1. Pricing. These flip menus are made to last a long time, so we suggest not putting prices in your design, but use the menus to list drinks, teaser menus, specials and more as advertisements to lure your customers.
   Tip: Drink recipes are a fantastic way to get customers at bars curious about ordering something new. Consider using themes for each page ("Drink for ladies," "Daiquiris," "Martinis," etc.).
2. Opposites attract. With the ability to design two unique sides, think about pairing themes. "Drinks for Men" on one side, "Drinks for Ladies" on the other. Dessert coffees on one side, dessert wines on the other. Give us a call, we can help you with ideas.
3. Plan ahead. Consider how many tables or display areas you need to fill, and how many pages per flip menu. We have price breaks per design to save you money.

Design Tips

1. Resolution. Clean, hi-resolution artwork and photographs look best. If you have a low resolution file/image, the outcome may look pixelated and sloppy. Please keep this in mind when uploading your artwork. The larger the image, the better it will print out.
   Tip: Uploading a photo much larger than the design area and scaling it down to the desired size in the Online Designer is much more effective than using a photo that "already" looks like the right size on your screen. Monitors require much less resolution than the printing process.
2. Safety Margins. Please try to keep designs at least 1/8 inch away from the edge. In the production process, the product may shift slightly. Keeping it a safe distance from the edge could prevent art from getting cut off.
3. Color. Bright vibrant colors with good contrasting artwork will always stand out and look great! Try to stay away from dark greys on a black background if you are looking to have a design that stands out. Things that may look "ok" on a computer screen may not transfer over in print as well. Your text must pop out and look clear against the background.
   Tip: Imagine how well your flip menu will look from arm's length.
